Angel L. Rivera has been working in land development and public infrastructure for more than 26 years after completing his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Mr. Rivera has worked in the design of over 400 large & complex projects, such as residential & commercial developments, as well as many municipal water and sanitary systems. Working on these projects we have formed a dynamic team with experience in all engineering fields, establishing A&B Engineering Consultants as one of the leading design firms in land development and municipal system in Florida and Puerto Rico.
